What insurance plans do you accept?

We work to make sure we accept as many insurance plans as possible. We accept Medicare assignment and are contracted with most major insurance and vision plans including, Aetna, Cigna, First Choice, Regence, Premera, Pacificare, Secure Horizons, Sterling, United Healthcare, Zenith, VSP, and Superior Vision. Please call our office if your insurance is not listed, as there are many others we accept.
