How long will my appointment take?

Expect your comprehensive eye exam to take 1 1/2 -2 hours and to include a refraction for a new prescription and a full dilated retinal check. If you are sensitive to dilation, you may want to bring someone to drive you home and sunglasses are always recommended to decrease the light sensitivity you will experience.
