Fees and Insurance

We accept Medicare assignment and participate in most insurance groups. Exam alternatives range from routine well-vision to sophisticated diagnostic challenges, and emergency care. Co-payments and non-covered services are due at the time of your visit. Be sure to provide us with current insurance information when making your appointment, as it is our policy to attempt pre-service verification of your coverage.

Please note: If your insurance requires a referral from your primary care provider, you are responsible to secure this. We will work with you and your doctor, to assist in this important process.
