CONTACT LENS WEARERS:
Not all of our providers work with contact lenses. If you currently wear, or are interested in contact lenses, schedule with Dr Kitamura or Dr Wickenburg.

-If you are booking a routine eye exam, billed to your routine vision plan, please make sure you choose VISION EXAM. Vision plans may or may not be through your medical plan and often have frequency limitations.


-All medical exams will be billed to your medical plan and covered as any other medical specialist. Medical exams will apply to deductible & co-insurance as determined by your plan.
