Orders and Returns

Prescription eyeglasses are a custom made-to-order product, and as such we are not able to cancel or refund orders once we have processed your order to our laboratory.

A minimum deposit of 50% of the patient’s responsibility balance is required at the time of order. The remaining balance must be paid when the glasses are dispensed.

Any eyewear not picked up within 3 months of order will be disassembled and frame office credit will be issued. No credit on lenses.

Sales of non-Rx sunglasses are final, no returns or exchanges.

Sunglasses must be returned in the original hard case along with any accessories and must be in new and resalable condition (no scratches or defects).

We are happy to special order in a frame for you to review-shipping charges may apply.

Doctors Changes and Non-Adapts:

Provider & patient changes can be made for a period of 90 days from the original purchase date with a one-time change with the exception of Davis Vision (see www.davisvision.com for eyeglasses policy & warranty. Only frame price difference will be given office credit.

Warranties on Frames & Lenses

Northwest Vision Institute, PLLC honors all manufacturer warranties against frame and lens defects, generally one year from original date of purchase.

Adjustments and Repairs

Northwest Vision Institute, PLLC reserves the right to decline adjustments or repairs on eyeglasses not purchased here and/or after eyeglasses are past the warranty period.  Adjustments and repairs are not guaranteed and will be done at the owner’s risk.
